First snow here

Week started pretty normally, nothing special. On Monday I wanted to try if I can survive a day at work on nothing but candy and the answer is yes. After work I finished watching a movie that I started before and I wanted to try and test if payment apps work on my card, they don't, I bought 5 rolls of Mentos. We ate spaghetti and chicken. On Tuesday I learned that I don't need candy to survive the harsh environment of an office job. We ate rice with pork chops which was good in my opinion. In our whole time here, a bit over 3 weeks on that day, my debit card worked for the first time on an ATM. I also wanted to try my luck paying at the register and it got declined. Wednesday sped past really quickly, can't even remember much other than me trying to order a roll kebab and learning the grim reality that Dutch people simply don't sell them anywhere. On Thursday it snowed, which was surprising because it was +20c just a couple days before. I told my Dutch friend about it who then told me it will melt in about 15 minutes. He was wrong, there was a significant amount of snow even the next day. I ordered food from KFC and I was surprised because the chicken was worse than the fries, thinking of course that they maybe would specialize if chicken because of their name.

On Friday, can't remember much of anything, forgot to note stuff down, but I do remember that we ate cheesy spaghetti again, this time I got to use more than 8 euros on cheese and we didn't even use half of it, also someone decided to wash down the cheese off the spaghetti before I got any so it was just normal spaghetti, someone also made Oreo cream stuff. The next day we decided to go to another Jumbo (same chain store, different location than usually) and it was way bigger. We found out that you have to pay to use the ATM so we simply didn't withdraw any money. Before leaving the store, we found Finnish people there. After getting home we cleaned the place since our contact person in Netherlands was coming over to talk about things. Also we ate tuna salad. On Sunday I sat the whole day in my room watching YouTube. At around 5pm though, I was dragged to a store. We bought food stuff along with my finding of Monster Espresso, salt and caramel. We ate egg noodles(?) with chicken and broccoli.
